1.1 These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between

("we", "us", "our") and the customer ("you", "your"). By requesting our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
2.1 AquaPro provides aquarium-related services, including but not limited to cleaning, maintenance, installation, and consultations.
2.2 Specific services will be outlined in a separate contract or service order.
2.3 Services are provided as-is, and while we make every effort to maintain high-quality services, results may vary based on environmental factors and aquarium conditions.
3.1 All rates are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate unless mutually amended.
3.2 Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or check. Late payments will incur a fee of 2% per month of the outstanding balance.
3.4 In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend further services until the outstanding amounts are settled.
4.1 You may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may incur a fee of $50.
4.2 AquaPro reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff illness, equipment failure, or other emergencies, in which case we will notify you at the earliest possible time.
5.1 You are responsible for ensuring that the aquarium is accessible and in suitable condition for the scheduled service.
5.2 You must inform us of any hazardous conditions, such as water leaks or defective equipment, prior to the start of any work.
5.3 AquaPro reserves the right to refuse service if the working conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
6.1 While we strive to take all necessary precautions to prevent any damage to your aquarium and surrounding areas, AquaPro is not responsible for:
Damage caused by pre-existing conditions (e.g., faulty equipment, poor water quality)Loss or injury of aquatic life during the service unless due to gross negligence on our partStructural damage or water damage caused by leaks, overflows, or equipment failure, unless specifically due to our handling.6.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
7.1 AquaPro offers no warranties on services provided unless expressly stated in writing.
7.2 Equipment or products supplied by AquaPro will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
8.1 Regular maintenance plans will be subject to the specific terms outlined in individual agreements.
8.2 Cancellations of ongoing contracts must be provided in writing at least 30 days in advance.
8.3 Any unused services in a pre-paid plan will not be refunded.
9.1 You are responsible for ensuring that the aquarium and its environment are properly maintained between our visits according to our guidelines.
9.2 Failure to follow these guidelines could result in equipment malfunctions or health issues for your aquatic life, for which AquaPro cannot be held responsible.
10.1 AquaPro may use third-party providers for certain services (e.g., specialized equipment installation). Any third-party services are subject to the terms of the third-party provider.
10.2 AquaPro is not responsible for damages or issues caused by third-party service providers.
11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
11.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in California.
12.1 AquaPro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with any updates becoming effective upon posting to our website or upon direct notification to you.
